How it works

One deposit in. Fresh wallets out.

  1. Step 01

    Connect and unlock

Connect the Solana wallet you already use and sign one message. It unlocks your private balance on this device only.

  2. Step 02

    Deposit SOL

Your wallet approves a deposit into the shared pool. You see the exact amount and network cost before you sign.

  3. Step 03

    Pull a fresh wallet

Vanish makes a new wallet on your device and schedules a withdrawal to it. Waiting longer and avoiding round amounts helps.

Privacy depends on the protocol, your activity, and the services you use. Learn what remains visible.

FAQ

Plain answers.

What is Vanish?

A browser workspace for Solana wallets. It connects to your existing wallet, holds SOL in a shared privacy pool run by the third-party Privacy Cash protocol, creates fresh wallets on your device, and scans public transactions for links between your addresses.

Does it make me anonymous?

No tool makes you anonymous to everyone. Deposits and withdrawals are public transactions. Timing, amounts, the people you pay, your RPC provider and the pool operator can all reveal information. Vanish makes the link between a deposit and a later withdrawal harder to see, and shows you what still stays visible. Read the details.

Who holds my funds?

Your private balance sits in the Privacy Cash pool and is controlled by keys derived from a message your wallet signs. Vanish has no server-side custody. The signature stays in your browser's memory; anyone who obtains it could spend that balance.

What does it cost?

Vanish adds no fee. The provider charges withdrawals (0.35% plus a flat 0.006 SOL per withdrawal in its configuration on 5 Oct 2026) and the network charges transaction fees. Every transfer shows its exact cost before you approve it.

Why do I sign a message?

The signature unlocks your private balance and the fresh wallets Vanish derives for you. It is not a transaction and moves no funds by itself, but it does grant spending access, so only sign it on the real Vanish site.

What happens if I close the tab?

Scheduled transfers pause. Nothing runs on a server while you are away. When you come back and unlock, Vanish checks every pending transfer against the chain before doing anything new.

Can I use it today?

Partly. In the app you can connect your wallet, unlock and see your private balance. Scan and sending aren't switched on yet; sending stays off until it passes its remaining checks, including a small real-money test.

Has it been audited?

No. Vanish has not been audited. The Privacy Cash SDK states it was reviewed by an independent auditor; that review does not cover Vanish.
